Production Associate - 1st Shift
Location: Greeneville, TN
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay: $15.50/hour

Job Responsibilities
- Assemble walk-in coolers and related components according to blueprints and work instructions
- Safely use basic hand tools and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and assembly specifications
- Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met
- Cross-train in multiple departments to support production needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Construction or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Experience reading blueprints is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Some Saturdays may be required based on production needs
