What You'll Do
Cabinet Installation & Customer Service (90%)
- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints prior to installation to ensure readiness and accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding project expectations, timelines, and job-site requirements.
- Prepare and protect work areas to maintain a safe, clean, and damage-free environment.
- Install cabinetry, trim, crown molding, fillers, hardware, countertops, and related accessories with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Perform precise measurements, modifications, scribing, back cuts, and adjustments to achieve a professional finished product.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the project.
- Represent the company professionally through excellent communication, appearance, and job-site etiquette.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the Project Manager when needed.
- Complete punch-list items and follow-up visits to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Team Support & Additional Carpentry Work (10%)
- Assist with related finish carpentry projects, including windows, doors, trim, and other installation work as needed.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and deliveries to support efficient project execution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of cabinet installation experience in residential and/or commercial environments.
- Proven ability to independently complete cabinet installation projects from start to finish.
- Experience installing crown molding, fillers, trim, and cabinet hardware.
- Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and accurately interpret measurements.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, miter saws, jigsaws, and related equipment.
- Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Finish carpentry experience.
- Experience working directly with homeowners and general contractors.
- Knowledge of countertops, millwork, windows, and door installation.
- Basic computer or mobile device skills for communication and project updates.

Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, reach, and perform physical installation tasks.
- Ability to work in residential and commercial construction environments.
Work Environment & Travel
- Daily travel to local job sites.
- Work performed in residential and commercial settings with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Occasional exposure to outdoor and inclement weather conditions.

Other Important Information:
Salary: Salary is commensurate with proven expertise.
And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!
Reports To: Project Manager
Core Hours: 7 am – 4pm
Typical Work Week: M-F; OT may be required; 40-45 hours a week on average
Travel: Day travel to local job sites is required
