American Traveler is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with 3–5 years of experience in a high-acuity cath lab environment, including IR and stroke treatment, for a 13-week travel assignment in Lewiston, ID.

Located on the 2nd floor of a regional medical center designated as Level 3 Trauma, Level 1 Cardiac, and Level 2 Stroke

2-room cath lab handling cardiac and interventional radiology cases, including neuro and stroke treatment
-
Procedures include cardiac diagnostics, STEMI, device implants, IR angiogram, runoff, stroke treatment, cerebral, AAA, and TCAR
-
1:1 patient ratio

Equipment includes Philips Xper

Meditech EHR
-
4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
-
On-call and call-back on weekends only; 10 call shifts per month required

No float requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of cardiac cath lab experience required

Prior travel assignment experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered

ARRT or RCIS certification required for cath tech role

AHA certifications required

IR cath lab experience with neuro and stroke cases preferred

SSN and date of birth required for consideration

License required if applicable

Must live 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate

This is a high-acuity rural lab with a heavy IR and stroke treatment focus; candidates must be able to work independently with minimal onboarding

Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible

Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible

Hospital-issued scrubs are required; personal scrubs are not permitted
