Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Endodontist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in root canal therapy and endodontic procedures, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
- Perform complex root canal treatments and other endodontic procedures with precision and care.
- Diagnose dental conditions accurately through comprehensive patient assessment and medical imaging.
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices in endodontics and general dentistry.
- Collaborate effectively with general dentists, specialists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
- Uphold strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Educate patients on endodontic procedures, post-treatment care, and oral health maintenance to foster informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state license to practice dentistry with specialized certification or training in endodontics.
- Proven experience in performing root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, and related procedures.
- Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for medical documentation and scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control standards, and medical imaging techniques.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and compassionately.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and general dentistry practices is advantageous.
