What You’ll Do
Every day is different. You’ll provide safe, compassionate, and professional medical transportation while making a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing safe, compassionate, and professional patient transportation for hospital discharges, physician appointments, dialysis appointments, hospice transports, event standbys, interfacility transports, and other assigned medical transports.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to patients, families, hospitals, nursing facilities, and healthcare partners.
- Working within Pinnacle & CareQuest EMS's clinical protocols, operational guidelines, and quality standards.
- Remaining calm, professional, and compassionate during stressful situations.
- Communicating effectively with patients, partners, and healthcare facilities to help ensure continuity of care.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for EMTs who:

- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Treat every patient with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current Georgia EMT or AEMT Certification.
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Clean 3-year Motor Vehicle Record (Applicants without a clean MVR may be considered for technician-only responsibilities.)
- Ability to lift up to 200 pounds with a partner.
- Must successfully pass all pre-employment screening requirements.
- Weekend availability is required (minimum of two weekend days per month).
