Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in various tasks, including digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel marketing strategies. Duties
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and search rankings.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to increase audience engagement.
- Assist in the execution of multichannel marketing initiatives, integrating digital and print advertising efforts.
- Create compelling content for various channels, including blogs, email marketing campaigns, and website updates using WordPress.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design promotional materials and graphics that align with brand guidelines.

- · Claim and verify new parking locations
- · Optimize parking location listings & create UTM tags
- · Manage events and promotional posts
- · Ensure consistent brand presence across all locations
Email Marketing
- Create and execute revenue generation / brand awareness email campaigns for each market
- Source focus site suggestions from operations Identify relevant events near parking facilities
- Design exclusive promotional offers
- Manage email build, approval process, and timely execution
- Coordinate campaign materials and components:
- Generate promotional codes
- Design QR codes & create UTM tags
Social Media
- · Develop and manage social media content calendar
- · Provide creative direction to designers
- · Write engaging copy
- · Execute awareness ad campaigns
- · Monitor performance and create reports
Content Creation
- · Author blog posts for new site announcements
- · Create content for campaign launches
- · Develop marketing collateral as needed
Technical Marketing Operations
- Manage dynamic QR code system for all parking locations and campaigns
- Oversee UTM tag implementation across all digital and physical communications
- Serve as primary point of contact for operations marketing requests:
- Flyer creation and distribution
- Signage coordination
- Stakeholder approval management
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in B2B marketing and e-commerce sectors.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to inform future strategies and optimize results.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with product management goals and support advertising sales initiatives.
- Manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution.
- Assist with budgeting for marketing activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google AdWords is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
- Familiarity with HTML is beneficial for website management tasks.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored for different audiences.
- Experience in performance marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources including Google Analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
