Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial or residential properties. Duties
- Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to established procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing systems, and other mechanical systems using schematics, electrical experience, and engineering troubleshooting skills.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations in accordance with OSHA standards; conduct regular safety audits and ensure team compliance.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to schedule maintenance activities, track work orders, and manage asset records.
- Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, managing timelines, budgets, and contractor relationships through effective project management practices.
- Conduct inspections using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters; interpret schematics to diagnose issues accurately.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance repair procedures, safety protocols, and compliance records to support operational excellence.
- Foster a team-oriented environment by supervising staff performance, providing training on safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ensure all facilities meet quality standards by managing routine inspections of HVAC systems, electrical wiring (including high/low voltage), plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment.
Experience
- Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance teams in manufacturing or commercial settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, OSHA safety standards, and maintenance repair procedures.
- Experience using CMMS software for work order management; proficient in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing facilities management projects from planning through execution while maintaining safety regulations compliance.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices including troubleshooting electrical issues with ohmmeters or similar tools; managing low voltage/ high voltage electrical systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
