Do you have experience working as a server in a country club environment or fine dining restaurant? The Yacht and Country Club, in Stuart Florida, is a golf and country club located in a private gated community, and we are hiring professional food servers.
The ideal candidates will have some fine dining and food service experience with the ability to work in a polite and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as a server
- Knowledge of restaurant and kitchen operations
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
Salary: $8.98/hr tipped employees
Lifting and carrying 35+ lbs., standing for shifts of 5 hours or more, squatting, bending and kneeling can all be part of your day and a flexible schedule is a must with days, nights, weekends and holidays included.
