Responsibilities will vary based on role but may include:
Applications Development Analyst / Systems Software Programmer
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and software solutions
- Support system enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting activities
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
Systems Administrator
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues
Systems Architect / Applications Architect
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing system architectures
- Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Provide guidance on system integration, modernization, and cloud strategies
Across All Roles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Support enterprise IT operations, development, and modernization efforts
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and operational standards
