Duties
- Operate heavy-duty tow trucks, including flatbed and wheel-lift models, to recover and transport large vehicles such as trucks, buses, and construction equipment
- Load and unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment like forklifts or specialized lifting devices
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and managing expectations professionally
- Maintain open communication with supervisors on vehicle conditions, and service details for record-keeping and reporting purposes
- Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively when dealing with distressed customers or challenging roadside scenarios
- Willing to work long hours and weekends
- Lives within 20 miles of location
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy-duty tow trucks with a strong understanding of flatbed and tow truck operations
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmissions preferred
- Familiarity with load & unload procedures using forklifts or other lifting equipment
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations professionally

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per week
