Experienced Pool Service Technician (Repair Experience a Plus)

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Pool Service Technician to join our growing company. If you take pride in delivering quality service, enjoy working outdoors, and have a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform weekly pool maintenance and cleaning.
- Test and balance pool water chemistry.
- Inspect equipment and identify potential issues.
- Diagnose and perform minor pool equipment repairs (repair experience is a plus).
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous pool service experience required.
- Pool equipment repair experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
