Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Restoration Supervisor Crew Chief to lead our restoration and cleaning teams through complex recovery projects. This role involves performing a variety of restoration services to help clients recover from fire, water, mold, and other damages. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess a strong work ethic, technical skills, and a commitment to quality service. As a Restoration Supervisor, you will play a vital role in restoring properties and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and effective restoration practices.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate restoration crew members during project execution, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Oversee all operations within restoration projects to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Manage workflow, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members for optimal productivity
- Conduct inspections to identify the scope of work for potential jobs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines throughout all activities
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, including dry logs and photos
Qualifications
- Experience in supervising or leadership in water, mold, and smoke remediation
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients alike
- Previous experience working in restoration or disaster recovery projects is a plus but not required
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
