BFIRST INDUSTRIAL, a leading provider of industrial and construction supplies with a strong history of customer satisfaction, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product line and industry trends.
- Territory Management: Effectively plan and manage your sales territory.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.

Job Requirements:
- Must occasionally lift, carry or move product packaged in 50lb packages.
- Must be able and willing to work in territory 4-5 days a week and keep up with required follow up record keeping expectations.
- Maintain a valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
