Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our Kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional food service. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards, controlling inventory, able to do catering and banquets, menu planning, baking skills and maintaining a high level of customer service. This role is crucial in creating a positive dining experience for our guests while also managing the operational aspects of the kitchen. Salary based on level of experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Control inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders as needed.
- Develop menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal availability.
- Communication with both kitchen staff and front of house personnel
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns promptly.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events as required.
- Making kitchen employee schedule
- Keeping a clean and organized kitchen
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a kitchen management role or similar position within the food service industry.
- Needs to be able to cook on line
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team and teach.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality management.
- Experience with inventory control and budgeting processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
