High Stride ABA is actively hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our expanding client base. We provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and families, with a strong focus on clinical integrity, flexibility, and real support for our team.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland, FBA) and develop treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and clinical direction to RBTs
- Deliver parent training and caregiver support
- Review data and adjust programs to ensure meaningful progress
- Complete session notes, reports, and authorizations
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers
- Support intake and case onboarding as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
- Reliable, organized, and responsive
