A growing NYC-based company is seeking a full-time IT Support Associate to support daily technology operations across multiple office locations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable handling both hands-on technical support and coordination with external IT vendors.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across multiple office environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user access issues
- Support laptops, mobile devices, printers, VoIP systems, conferencing equipment, and related technology
- Coordinate with external IT providers regarding escalated issues, cybersecurity, maintenance, and system upgrades
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including equipment setup, account access, and permissions
- Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and software licensing records
- Support installation and maintenance of access control systems, cameras, and related security technology
- Assist with technology setup and support for satellite and offsite office locations
- Ensure software updates, antivirus protection, and system patches remain current
- Track and respond to internal help desk requests in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel between office locations within NYC as needed
- Ability to lift and transport technology equipment when required
