Duties
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling with accuracy and efficiency
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals
- Ensure food safety and food handling standards are consistently met through proper food preparation and sanitation practices
- Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions smoothly while maintaining accountability
- Monitor sales performance, analyze retail math data, and implement strategies to boost revenue and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized café environment that adheres to health regulations and safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive shopping experience for all guests
Experience
- Previous barista or food industry experience with a strong understanding of food preparation, serving, and food safety practices
- Proven leadership skills in retail or food service environments with experience managing teams effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle cash handling, cashiering, and basic math accurately
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards within the café or retail food industry
- Experience in sales-driven roles with a focus on achieving targets through effective communication and teamwork
