We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. Experience required. The ideal candidate will have experience in menu planning, food industry knowledge, and a passion for culinary arts.
Duties
- Prepare and cook delicious and high-quality meals following set recipes
- Ensure food preparation meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cook or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of fine dining practices and culinary techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus
