Responsibilities
- Perform window cleaning and pressure washing on commercial buildings, ensuring streak-free and spotless results.
- Operate equipment such as pressure washers, squeegees, and extension tools safely and efficiently.
- Use scissor lifts and other access equipment to reach high or difficult areas, following all safety protocols.
- Assist with janitorial and custodial tasks as needed to support overall building cleanliness.
- Prepare work sites by setting up ladders, scaffolding, or lift equipment, adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to ensure quality standards are met and identify any maintenance needs.
- Maintain detailed records of completed jobs, safety checks, and equipment usage throughout the season.
Skills
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
- Experience with commercial cleaning tasks that require attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Familiarity with using scissor lifts or similar access equipment is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety procedures and teamwork in outdoor environments.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and collaborate with team members.
