High Rise Logistics is looking for motivated freight professionals who want the freedom to build their own book of business while earning uncapped commissions.
This is a 1099 Independent Agent opportunity designed for individuals with experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or B2B sales who are looking to take control of their income and work remotely.
As an Independent Agent, you will be responsible for developing shipper relationships, managing customer accounts, quoting freight, and coordinating shipments while leveraging our brokerage authority, carrier network, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and transportation partners
- Prospect and acquire new business opportunities
- Manage customer accounts and daily freight movements
- Negotiate rates with carriers and customers
- Track shipments and provide exceptional customer service
- Build and grow your own book of business
- Work independently while utilizing company resources and support
Qualifications
- Freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Experience prospecting and developing new business is a plus
