Duluth Med Spa is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated LPN/Medical Assistant/Reception. Must have some medical training or HUC training to be considered. This job will also assist our current receptionist as needed. This is a unique hybrid role combining front desk/reception duties with hands-on support for our clinical staff and virtual programs.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our medical facility, and provide exceptional patient service and administrative support to our weight loss department.
Schedule
- Hours: 24-30 per week
- Shifts: M-F options 9am-7pm or 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm. 8-10hr shifts.
- Saturdays: 2 per month, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sundays: Off
Part-Time Medical Assistant / LPN
Duluth Med Spa is looking for an experienced, patient-focused team member to join our growing clinic.
Approximately 3 days per week with a combination of 8, and 10-hour shifts. Every other Saturday 10-4 This hybrid role includes both clinical assisting and some front desk responsibilities.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has prior medical experience
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Is organized, dependable, and takes initiative
- Has strong phone and reception skills
- Is comfortable assisting with medical and aesthetic procedures when necessary.

- Phlebotomy
- GLP-1 or weight loss programs

Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or LPN
- Proficiency in EHR systems for efficient patient record management
- Understanding of medication protocols
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable with technology and digital communication
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends (including video editing techniques) is very desirable and taken into consideration, as we maintain a strong social media presence
- Phlebotomy experience a plus (or willingness to be trained)
