We are seeking a dynamic Wax Specialist to join our passionate team. In this role, you will provide expert skincare knowledge and body waxing services that enhance our guests’ beauty routines. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and pampered. This position offers opportunities to develop your skills across a broad range of esthetic services while contributing to our vibrant team.
Duties include:
- Perform professional waxing services including body waxing, facial waxing, and specialized treatments using Comfort Wax® or other proprietary products
- Perform our new Ultimate Eyebrow Service, which includes tinting alongside the Eyebrow Wax
- Assist guests with skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual needs
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and safety protocols
- Meeting our fast paced timing standards
- Operate salon management software such as Zenoti to view and update appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and client loyalty
An ideal candidate will meet these qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist with specialization in skincare treatments
- Proven experience in retail sales of skincare or beauty products is preferred
- Knowledge of salon software systems like Zenoti for appointment scheduling and client management
- Skilled in body waxing techniques
- Strong commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients

Pay range estimate includes hourly, services commission, product commission, gratuity, and gas per diems when applicable.
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
