Pinnacle ConstructionDevelopment Corporation is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Foreman to join our construction team at our multi-family apartment development in Zions Crossroads, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with employees, subcontractors, vendors, and ownership.
The Foreman serves as a representative of the company and plays a key support role by assisting Project Managers and Project Superintendents in meeting project deadlines while helping maintain quality and safety standards throughout the construction process. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety required.

Must have extensive wood framing experience (multi-family preferred), be proficient at reading drawings and interpreting specifications, managing a workforce, and communicating clearly.

Experience with construction project management software required.

OSHA 10 hour safety training, first aid/CPR training required.

Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, desire to learn and work independently and in a team atmosphere.
Working conditions: on-site construction office and active construction site.
