As a Sr Customer Excellence Operations Experienced Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and enhancing the customer experience by analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions that optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall customer journey by ensuring seamless operations, reducing errors, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives that align with Honeywell’s commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead complex analysis of operational errors and non-fulfillment issues using methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Manage and analyze complex reporting requests to monitor performance indicators and identify areas for process improvement.
- Act as a project manager to implement process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality management procedures and standard operational processes globally.
- Provide end-to-end customer onboarding and operational training, including digital onboarding for new team members.
- Perform backlog management activities to address customer requirements related to past due, blocked, or incomplete orders and invoices, ensuring system updates reflect all changes.

The salary range for this position is ($83,200.00 - $104,000.00). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service or operational excellence roles, with a proven ability to analyze complex issues and implement corrective actions.
- Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action planning, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in generating and analyzing complex reports to monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics.
- Experience managing projects focused on process improvements and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and global operational standards.
- Experience with backlog management and order processing systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience, operational excellence, or process improvement roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of digital onboarding and training processes.
