Work Location: Onsite
Contract: W2 Length (12-months, Onsite with possible extensions)

Pay rate: $18.00 to $19.25 per hour based on experience.
Shift:
- 1st Shift: M–F, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM or 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: M–F, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM or 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Friday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing / Labeling Technician to support manufacturing operations with a primary focus on labels, documentation, and data verification.
This position will work in the addendum area, where the employee will be responsible for reviewing labels and verifying that printed information and data are correct. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to accurately follow established policies and procedures.
Previous medical device manufacturing experience is a plus but is not required.
Key Responsibilities
· Work with product labels and related manufacturing documentation.
· Review and verify label information to ensure data is accurate.
· Identify discrepancies or errors and follow established procedures for addressing them.
· Follow all company policies, procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
· Read, write, and interpret manufacturing information and documentation.
· Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
· Use basic hand tools to manipulate and handle materials or products.
· Perform basic computer tasks and navigate desktop applications.
· Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while completing repetitive tasks.
· Coordinate and communicate effectively with other team members.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
· Previous manufacturing experience is required.
· Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
· Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing labels, numbers, and product information.
· Ability to follow written policies, procedures, and work instructions.
· Ability to read, write, and interpret information accurately.
· Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
· Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate desktop computer applications.
· Ability to use basic hand tools.
· Strong teamwork and communication skills.
· Must successfully pass an eye exam and color vision test.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to sit, walk, and/or stand for up to 10 hours per day.
· Ability to occasionally crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull.
· Ability to lift and/or carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Must possess adequate visual acuity, including:
o Close vision
o Distance vision
o Color vision
o Depth perception
o Ability to adjust focus
