As a Wireless Sales Trainee, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the suitable products, services, and accessories of our clients to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
- Recommend appropriate products, and services
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strive to meet or exceed personal and store sales goals
- Stay informed about current promotions and product features
- Assist with maintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation
- Provide excellent service through clear communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus—but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS software
- Must be 18 years of age or older
