Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Administrator to support our growing online sales operations. This position is a on site role responsible for managing product listings, assisting customers, coordinating order fulfillment activities, and maintaining accurate information across multiple online sales platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and an interest in technology. Experience with e-commerce platforms is preferred, and candidates with basic web development or website administration experience will be given special consideration.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and optimize product listings across various online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
- Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory information remain accurate and up to date
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support through email and online messaging systems
- Process and track customer orders, shipments, returns, and related documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve online sales operations
- Generate reports related to sales activity, inventory, and customer interactions
- Assist with website content updates and maintenance as needed
- Support basic website enhancements and troubleshooting efforts under the direction of the IT team
Qualifications
Required
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience or demonstrated customer-facing communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Preferred
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Marketplace, eBay, or similar systems
- Familiarity with shipping, fulfillment, or order management processes
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website administration
- Experience making website content updates or assisting with web development projects
- Understanding of SEO, digital content management, or online merchandising principles

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
