What You’ll Do
- Craft high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks with precision and care
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude
- Educate customers on menu items and coffee origins, helping them find their perfect drink
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation
- Handle cash, process transactions, and maintain a tidy workspace
- Support the team with restocking, cleaning, and prep work to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Prior barista or food service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and love for coffee
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a calm and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
