Bell Audi is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression while providing exceptional customer service to everyone who visits or calls our dealership.

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Rotating Saturdays (with one weekday off each week)

Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls.
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Direct customers to the appropriate department and notify team members of arriving guests.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Service departments.
- Stock in new and used vehicle inventory.
- Assign dealer plates to sales vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Work collaboratively with the dealership team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work a rotating Saturday schedule.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
