Role Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the setup, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly and packaging.
We are not offering sponsorship for this role now or in the future.
This role works on the 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) and its 100% onsite.
Main Tasks
- Supervising the operation of machine tools, chemical processing, assembly or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets and quality standards
- Overseeing the movement, packing and sorting of raw materials or finished goods
- Managing the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products
- Managing the administration of accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis
- Overseeing efforts to meet quality standards and ensure compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws and health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements
- Supervising the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead large hourly teams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality systems.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure with minimal oversight.
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred)
Preferred
- Experience in filtration, plastics, chemical or process manufacturing.
- Background coordinating with maintenance or basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Lean/5S experience or certification.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.

Minimum Educational Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain and or related technical field required.
Experience
3+years of production supervision or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
