Salary Range
- $85,000 - $115,000 depending on experience level
Required Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service
- Experience using CRM systems and business software
- Comfortable learning new technology and teaching others how to use it
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing customer renewals or recurring accounts
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or invoice/payment tracking
- Experience working for a SaaS company
- Familiarity with public sector procurement or government software
- Experience creating customer documentation or training materials

What You'll Do
You'll support a portfolio of Beacon Bid customers by providing onboarding assistance, ongoing customer support, coordinating annual renewals, and managing customer account administration. You'll work closely with our Client Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure customers have an exceptional experience throughout their lifecycle.
Customer Success & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers using Beacon Bid's free services
- Answer customer questions and provide guidance through email, Zoom, and phone
- Conduct onboarding sessions and training for new users
- Build relationships that encourage long-term customer success and product adoption
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively reach out when additional support may be helpful
- Identify opportunities for customers to benefit from additional Beacon solutions and coordinate with the Sales team
Renewals & Customer Operations
- Own the annual customer renewal process from start to finish
- Coordinate renewal communications, follow-up, and scheduling with customers
- Keep renewal records accurate and up to date within our CRM
- Partner with Sales to ensure a seamless renewal experience
- Help improve and document renewal processes as we grow
Billing & Administrative Support
- Track customer invoices, payments, and outstanding balances
- Coordinate with Accounting regarding accounts receivable and payment status
- Help maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and account information
- Support internal reporting related to renewals, payments, and customer activity
Onboarding & Customer Education
- Assist your portfolio of customers with account setup and platform configuration
- Coordinate data imports and onboarding tasks with internal teams
- Help maintain customer training materials, tutorials, and knowledge base content
- Test new features and provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering
Internal Coordination
- Maintain detailed CRM notes and customer records
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Accounting to resolve customer needs
- Track customer health metrics, onboarding progress, renewal status, and other key performance indicators
- Recommend process improvements that create a better customer experience
