Responsibilities
As a Financial Services Representative, you'll have the opportunity to educate and assist individuals, families, and business owners with a wide range of financial solutions. Depending on the licenses you obtain, your responsibilities may include:
- Educating clients on life insurance and income protection strategies.
- Helping families prepare for retirement through retirement savings and investment planning (when appropriately licensed).
- Assisting clients with investment accounts and long-term wealth-building strategies (with the required securities licenses).
- Helping clients understand fiduciary-based retirement planning and investment advisory services (for those who become appropriately licensed as Investment Adviser Representatives).
- Assisting homeowners and homebuyers with mortgage financing and refinancing options (for those who obtain the required Mortgage Loan Originator license).
- Helping individuals and families develop strategies to reduce debt and improve their overall financial position.
- Educating business owners on retirement plan options, employee benefits, and business protection strategies (based on licensing and company offerings).
- Conducting financial needs analyses to help clients identify areas where they may be underinsured or underserved.
- Building long-term relationships through education, service, and ongoing support.
- Maintaining compliant with all state and federal regulations applicable to your licenses.
- Participating in weekly training, mentorship, and professional development.
