Sport & Spinal Rehab is a high-energy chiropractic and sports injury clinic in Jupiter, Florida. Our mission is simple: Eliminate Pain. Get Back in the Game.
We help active people get out of pain and back to doing what they love using a combination of chiropractic care, rehabilitation, laser therapy, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, and more.
We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator.
This role is ideal for someone with exceptional customer service skills, a polished and professional communication style, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Prior medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, dental, orthodontic, hospitality, spa, fitness, concierge, or high-end customer service experience is a plus. However, the right personality, reliability, communication skills, coachability, and attention to detail matter most.
This is a great fit if you:
Have strong customer service experience in a professional, high-standard environment
Enjoy making people feel welcomed, cared for, and important
Have a warm, polished, and professional communication style
Take pride in being organized, accurate, and efficient
Thrive in a structured, high-energy setting
Can follow scripts, systems, and procedures consistently
Enjoy staying busy and contributing to a team
Are reliable, professional, coachable, and detail-oriented
Can stay calm, friendly, and focused when things get busy
This is NOT a good fit if you:
Prefer a slow-paced or low-responsibility role
Struggle with multitasking or attention to detail
Do not like following scripts or structured procedures
Are casual or overly informal with patients
Think customer service just means being “nice”
Struggle to stay professional when the office gets busy
Have never worked in a fast-paced environment
Are just looking for “any job”
About the Role
This is not a passive front desk position. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines front desk responsibilities, patient communication, scheduling, administrative accuracy, and assisting with patient care.
We are looking for someone who understands that the patient experience matters. From the first phone call to the moment a patient walks out the door, details matter. A friendly greeting, clear communication, accurate scheduling, following scripts, and staying organized all play a major role in how patients feel about our office.
Medical or chiropractic experience is helpful, but it is not the only thing we are looking for. We can train the right person on our systems. What we cannot train as easily is professionalism, reliability, warmth, attention to detail, and pride in doing things correctly.
Our office runs on a structured schedule with strong teamwork and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, follow procedures, communicate professionally, and contribute right away.
