Duties
- Actively engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet client needs and preferences.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and deal terms effectively to close high-value passenger car sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions.
- Manage inventory control and support sales team efforts through CRM software to track client interactions and follow-ups efficiently.
- Upsell additional products or services such as automotive financing options, warranties, or accessories to maximize deal value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies and enhance public speaking skills for promotional events or dealership tours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or passenger vehicle sales.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities and phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through outbound sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail environments.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management software) for managing client data and sales pipelines.
- Organizational skills necessary for inventory management, follow-up scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
