We're looking for an energetic, creative, and customer-focused team member to join our custom tumbler engraving kiosk. If you enjoy working with people, have an eye for design, and want to create personalized products on the spot, we'd love to meet you!
No engraving experience? No problem—we provide full training.
What You'll Do
- Help customers choose tumblers, colors, and engraving designs.
- Create simple custom layouts using names, logos, and artwork.
- Operate our laser engraving machine (training provided).
- Recommend products and provide outstanding customer service.
- Process sales using our POS system.
- Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Ensure every personalized order is accurate before engraving.
- Work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar).
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to sell.
- Retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
