As we continue expanding, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Selling Sales Manager to elevate our team and results.
This is a hands-on leadership position based in Spokane, WA, where you’ll take on a dual role—actively selling while leading and coaching a team of In-Home Sales Representatives. You’ll work alongside your team in the field, providing real-time coaching, driving performance, and helping close deals.
This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and has strong experience in one-call closing within a 1-day sales cycle.

Review and manage appointments set by the Inside Sales team

Run a minimum of 5 in-home leads per week for training and revenue generation

Support team members in-home to assist with closing opportunities

Conduct cancel/save appointments to recover potential lost sales

Collaborate with the rehash team to maximize conversion opportunities

Monitor individual and team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly goals

Deliver ongoing coaching, training, and development for sales reps

Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance standards

5+ years of successful in-home sales experience

Required: Proven one-call close experience (1-day sales process)

2+ years of sales management experience strongly preferred

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
