Are you an HR professional who enjoys connecting talented people with meaningful work? Parc Center for Disabilities is seeking an organized, relationship-driven HR Generalist to lead day-to-day recruiting efforts while supporting benefits, leave administration, onboarding, and other HR functions.
This is a hands-on, fully on-site role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with candidates and employees, and takes pride in creating a positive experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Manage job postings and candidate activity in the applicant tracking system

Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews

Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process

Source candidates for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions

Support job offers, pre-employment requirements, job fairs, and recruiting outreach

Assist employees with benefits enrollment and qualifying life events

Support the administration and tracking of FMLA and other employee leaves

Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding

Track required employee training

Assist with employee engagement, HR records, reporting, audits, and compliance
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred

At least 5 years of direct HR operations experience

Strong recruiting experience, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring-manager support

Experience supporting employee benefits and leave administration strongly preferred

Experience in a healthcare, nonprofit, or high-volume environment preferred

Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities independently

Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other electronic systems

Valid Florida driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
Schedule

Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
