Job Title: Lead Water Damage Technician
Location: Waller, Texas
About Us: We are a 40-year established family-owned lead provider of water damage restoration services, committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Water Damage Technician to join our team.
Position Summary: The Lead Water Damage Technician will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting water damage jobs, effectively communicating with property owners, closing and signing contracts, creating detailed scopes of work with drying plans, and managing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of water damage sites to assess the extent of the damage.
- Clearly explain the restoration process and proposed solutions to property owners.
- Close agreements and sign contracts to initiate restoration work.
- Develop detailed scopes of work and drying plans tailored to each project.
- Manage all aspects of the restoration project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Use digital documentation platforms to record and justify all work performed.
- Maintain moisture and drying logs.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and adjustors throughout the project lifecycle to provide updates and address concerns.
Qualifications:
- Must be an IICRC certified Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in water damage restoration with strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to create and implement drying plans and restoration scopes of work.
- Valid driver’s license and clean background record.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
$25-$30 hour, based on experience
