About Rekindle
Rekindle is an interventional psychiatry platform based in the Greater Boston Area, initially focused on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and related evidence-based treatments. The model is designed as a high-touch, concierge, and patient-centered experience for individuals with depression and related conditions who may benefit from non-invasive treatment options. Our aim is to revolutionize what interventional psychiatry looks like both from the patient experience and clinical outcomes.
Role Summary
Rekindle is seeking an experienced, relationship-oriented nurse to lead field outreach and referral development across Greater Boston. This is a non-bedside, territory-based role combining clinical education, provider relationship management, community outreach, and business development. The Clinical Nurse Liaison will build referral partnerships, educate clinicians on Rekindle's services and patient fit, and help ensure a smooth path from referral to consultation to conversion.
Core Responsibilities
· Build and maintain relationships with PCPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, university counseling centers, hospitals, and other organizations that may be strong referral sources for Rekindle.
· Conduct regular field visits, lunch-and-learns, presentations, and educational meetings with referral partners.
· Explain Rekindle's treatment model, patient eligibility criteria, services, pricing, and referral process.
· Identify and develop new referral opportunities throughout Greater Boston.
· Track meetings, follow-up, referral activity, qualified inquiries, and conversion trends.
· Gather market feedback on provider needs, referral barriers, and competing services, and share insights with leadership.
· Assist with generating marketing materials, both for digital marketing and for provider marketing, in coordination with an internal lead.
· Assist with maintenance of paid search and social campaigns, in coordination with a marketing consultant or internal lead.
· Collaborate with intake, operations, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver a responsive, high-quality first experience.
Qualifications
· Active or previously active RN license.
· Three or more years of experience in nursing, behavioral health, healthcare outreach, provider relations, or related work.
· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with clinicians and practice staff.
· Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing a field territory and referral pipeline.
· Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Greater Boston.

A clinically credible nurse who enjoys educating others, building professional relationships, and connecting patients with appropriate care.
