- 6–8 clients per day
- Complete timely, accurate documentation of patient visits, progress notes, and treatment updates in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with PTs on shared/mutual clients, ensuring continuity of care and alignment on treatment plans
- Educate clients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
- Support athletes and active clients with sport-specific rehab considerations relevant to barbell sports, combat sports, and running
- Assist with clinic flow, scheduling coordination, and other duties expected of a PTA in an outpatient orthopedic/sports setting
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current state licensure/certification as a PTA (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong, hands-on manual therapy skills (soft tissue work, joint mobilization, etc.)
- Working knowledge of — or strong interest in developing expertise in — barbell sports, combat sports, and/or running populations
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, team-based care model
- Strong documentation habits and familiarity with EMR systems
- CPR/BLS certification
