Servers are responsible for consistently delivering quality, timely service to ensure a top-notch guest experience. Our servers anticipate guest needs, work together to ensure all guests are cared for, and exhibit genuine enthusiasm in all that they do.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch service and remaining attentive to guest needs.

Interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience and effectively upsell product offerings.

Deliver freshly prepared menu items to guests, all while exhibiting genuine enthusiasm, energy, and urgency.

Process food and beverage orders and payments accurately and timely.

Uphold operational procedures, food and alcohol safety, and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain compliance.

Conduct opening/closing duties and cash handling.

Other duties as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 18 years of age.

A minimum of 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments.
