A Growing Healthcare company in Nashville, TN is looking for a Rental Account Manager in the Cleveland, OH, area that will be responsible for initiating and maintaining workflow activities for its Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Program. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. The qualified candidate possesses the ability to provide excellent customer service by handling confidential and sensitive information. The Rental Account Manager will need to acquire well developed critical thinking skills, with the ability to multi task, ability to effectively communicate, in oral as well as written form, attention to detail including spelling and grammar while effectively transferring data, interactions and thoughts in a timely manner to customers and internal team members.
Rental Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving and placing inbound/outbound communications between the company’s team and external customers including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Hospice companies.
- Receive and enter data into a billing platform utilizing defined internal department processes and company protocols
- Communication with external and internal contacts ensuring the development of strong relationships with these individuals.
Minimum Experience Required
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare focused industry or a customer service focused is preferred but not required
- Familiar understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Email
- Good phone and customer service skills
- Flexibility of work schedule, which sometimes require extended working hours, as needed
- Ability to rotate weekends/Holidays with other team members and holiday coverage based on customer needs
