About the Role
Amreen Homes is hiring caring, reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a licensed residential care setting in Valley Center. We have multiple part-time shifts open right now, both mornings and evenings, each running 4 to 5 hours. This is a great fit if you want flexible part-time hours, meaningful work, or a way to start building experience in the IDD/caregiving field.
What You'll Do
Provide direct care and support to residents with daily living activities including hygiene, meals, mobility, and medication reminders. Support residents' independence, dignity, and community integration. Follow individual support plans and house protocols. Maintain accurate shift documentation and communicate with staff during handoffs. Help keep the home safe, clean, and supportive. Respond calmly and appropriately to behavioral or medical needs as trained.
Shift Details
Multiple part-time shifts open, morning and evening blocks. Each shift is 4 to 5 hours. Great for anyone seeking supplemental hours or easing into full-time DSP or IDD work. Room to pick up additional shifts over time.
What We're Looking For

CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain before start date. Prior caregiving or DSP experience is a plus but not required, we provide training. Valid CA driver's license preferred. Must be 18 or older and able to assist with transfers as needed.
