Job Summary

This role performs routine analytical testing on samples in a quality control laboratory, generating data used for process control, quality control, and product development. Supports laboratory operations by ensuring accurate testing, documentation, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Job Description
- Perform routine analytical testing according to established protocols and work instructions
- Prepare solutions, clean glassware, and handle disposal of solid and liquid waste
- Conduct preventative maintenance and identify/report issues with lab instruments and equipment
- Operate laboratory systems such as LIMS, CDS, and other instrument-specific software
- Search databases for test methods, specifications, and standards needed for analysis
- Record, calculate, and report analytical results accurately and promptly
- Review analytical data and LIMS reports for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate results, issues, and troubleshooting needs with team members and supervisors
- Support process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Assist in maintaining lab safety, housekeeping, and compliance with regulations
- Participate in safety programs and cross-site initiatives
- Manage waste handling knowledge in accordance with RCRA and environmental requirements
- Monitor and report low supply/consumable levels
Skills Required
- Minimum of 1 year laboratory experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze results against standards
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Basic troubleshooting skills for laboratory instruments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Familiarity with laboratory systems and data management tools
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance standards
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently under time constraints
- Ability to assist in training others and supporting team productivity
- Capability to identify and communicate operational and safety issues promptly
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma
- Preferred: 3+ years laboratory experience
- Preferred: Basic understanding of HPLC and GC operation
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
- Start Time: 10:00 PM to 06:30 AM

Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a 24-hour production laboratory environment
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $14.94 to $22.94 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
