Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product selections.
- Conduct product demos when appropriate to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
- Manage cash handling duties including cash drawer balancing, issuing receipts, and processing various payment methods.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with merchandising efforts to ensure the store remains attractive and well-organized.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or coordinating store activities.
- Support inventory management through stocking, product knowledge sharing, and participating in regular stock counts.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and basic math for handling transactions accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of retail store products, merchandising techniques, and retail math principles for sales upselling and inventory management.
