Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate in-home care and companionship.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Create a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
- Provide emotional support, companionship and foster independence for clients.
- Communicate client updates to the office team.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Looking for a caregivers willing to work:
- Willing to work Day Shifts, or Night Shifts.
- Weekly Living Shifts available.
- Looking for someone with Dimentia Experience.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- We provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school degree or equivalent (GED).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must possess a valid PA driver’s license and a car with valid car insurance and car registration.
- Must be able to pass a background check and TB Test.
- Two verifiable references from past employers or persons not related who can affirm the ability to provide home care services.
- Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures.
