2301 Plastic Surgery is a premier aesthetic surgery office dedicated to delivering life-changing results and exceptional patient experiences. We are growing rapidly and looking for a high-energy, persuasive Junior Patient Care Coordinator to be the face and voice of our practice. The Role: You Are Not Just An Order-TakerWe do not need someone who simply answers phones and schedules appointments. We need a closer. As our Junior Patient Care Coordinator, you are the crucial first step in our patient’s journey. Every inbound phone call, web form, and email lead is a golden opportunity. Your mission is to connect emotionally with potential patients, passionately sell our practice, showcase our surgeon’s expertise, and successfully book the consultation. If you view the front desk as a sales floor, thrive on overcoming objections, and love hitting booking targets, you will excel in this role. Core Responsibilities
- Close the Lead: Convert incoming inquiries (calls, web forms, emails) into booked cosmetic consultations.
- Sell the Practice & Surgeon: Confidently educate prospective patients on our surgeon’s credentials, elite techniques, and stellar reputation.
- Overcome Objections: Confidently handle initial price objections by shifting the focus to quality, safety, and life-changing results.
- Follow Up Relentlessly: Manage the lead pipeline daily, calling back warm prospects who haven't booked yet.
- Front Desk Management: Greet arriving patients, handle check-ins/check-outs, and collect payments with a warm, professional, high-end hospitality demeanor.
Requirements (MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE)
- Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, commission-based retail, gym membership sales, or high-end hospitality.
- Closing Capability: You know how to ask for the booking, handle hesitation, and close the deal without sounding robotic.
- High Energy & Empathy: A vibrant, confident phone voice combined with deep emotional intelligence to handle personal aesthetic inquiries.
- No Plastic Surgery Experience Needed: We will train the right sales-minded person on the medical specifics, but you must bring the hunger to sell on day one.
