BlueSix Protection and Investigations is currently hiring for Armed Protection Officer for Bellevue and Seattle. Candidates must have 2+ years of verifiable Law Enforcement, Military, or Armed Security experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization in the area. Minimum Requirements:
· 2+ years Law Enforcement Experience (Preferred)
· Washington Armed Security Certification (Preferred but must be able to obtain as condition of employment)
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written
· Professional demeanor and appearance
Pay Rate will depend on qualifications and job assignment.
Law Enforcement experience includes Sworn Police Officer, Reserve Police Officer,, Military Police, Corrections Officer and Parole and Probation.
Responsibilities
In this role as an Armed Protection Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require a combination of core, premium, and relevant skills. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing security services to ensure the safety of individuals and property
- Managing conflicts effectively and de-escalating tense situations
- Applying first aid when necessary and responding to medical emergencies
- Enforcing laws and regulations to maintain a secure environment
- Conducting surveillance activities to monitor and prevent security threats
- Administering CPR in emergency situations
- Utilizing military training and experience to handle security challenges
- Operating CCTV systems to monitor and track activities
- Implementing loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damages
Your role as an Armed Protection Officer will require a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to various security scenarios. By utilizing your core, premium, and relevant skills, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
