Bradford is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to lead patient care while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
Administer medications and treatments
Supervise LPNs and CNAs
Communicate with physicians and families
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies
Active RN license
Current CPR certification
Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
