Overview
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator / Crew Lead to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who can safely operate heavy equipment while leading and managing a field crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steers, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Lead and supervise a crew on site.
- Coordinate daily job tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and customers.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of heavy equipment operating experience.
- Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred).
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and procedures is essential.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
